From the East Bay – Traveling west across the San Francisco-Oakland
Bay Bridge, take the Fremont/Folsom Street exit, turn left onto Folsom Street,
turn left again onto The Embarcadero, and continue on The Embarcadero for approximately three-quarters of
a mile. The Bay Area FasTrak® Customer Service Center is located at 475 The Embarcadero on the
first floor.
You can also access the Customer Service Center by taking BART to the Embarcadero Station and
then transferring to the San Francisco MUNI F-Line from the median near Market and Main Streets.
Take the F-Line along The Embarcadero and off-board at Broadway.
From the North Bay – Traveling south across the Golden Gate Bridge, take the Lombard
Street exit. Continue on Lombard Street, turn right onto Van Ness Avenue, turn left onto Broadway,
continue on Broadway for about one and a half miles, and turn right onto The Embarcadero. The Bay
Area FasTrak® Customer Service Center is located at 475 The Embarcadero on the first floor.
You can also access the Customer Service Center via Golden Gate Transit. In the morning, take
any of the Financial District routes and off-board at Battery and Jackson Streets and walk about
five blocks in the northeast direction to The Embarcadero and Broadway. During the midday, take
Routes 70 or 80 to the Transbay Terminal, walk one block north, and transfer to the San Francisco
MUNI F-Line at Market and First Streets. Take the F-Line along The Embarcadero and off-board at
Broadway.
You can also take Golden Gate Ferry from the Larkspur or Sausalito Ferry Terminal to the San
Francisco Ferry Terminal, transfer to the San Francisco MUNI F-Line at The Embarcadero and Market
Street and off-board at Broadway. Free round-trip transfers to MUNI are available as you exit the
ferry in San Francisco.
From the South Bay – Take U.S. 101 North to Interstate 280 North and take the King Street
exit. Continue on King Street, which becomes The Embarcadero. Continue on The Embarcadero for
approximately one and a half miles. The Bay Area FasTrak® Customer Service Center is located
at 475 The Embarcadero on the first floor.
You can also access the Customer Service Center by taking Caltrain to the San Francisco Station
at 4th and Townsend Streets. Walk to 4th and Folsom Streets, take San Francisco MUNI Bus #12-Pacific
Heights and off-board at Broadway. |
