The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) administers all tolls on the San Francisco Bay Area’s seven state-owned toll bridges.

The Alameda County Express Lanes are an initiative by the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency to manage growing traffic congestion on I-680 and I-580 and provide people with new commute choices.

The Silicon Valley Express Lanes Program is being implemented by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) to provide congestion relief through effective use of existing lanes, including a portion of the SR237, SR 85, and US101.
