How can I access my FasTrak account information?

To access account information online, you must create a username and password. To access your account information through our automated phone system, you must use your account number and 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) or mailing address zip code.

A username is a unique login name that you create to access your account information online. Usernames must be alpha-numeric with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 characters. If you select a username that is currently in use, you will receive a message requesting that you choose another one.

Once you choose a username you will be prompted to create a password between 6 and 12 characters, with at least one (1) uppercase letter, one (1) lowercase letter and at least one (1) number. You can change your password any time by signing into your account online and going to your Account Settings.

Your PIN is a 4-digit number that you create when opening a new FasTrak account. If you choose to receive your statements via email, this PIN will be used to view your statements. You can change your PIN at any time by logging into your account online or by calling the FasTrak Customer Service Center at 877-229-8655 during normal business hours.
