The FasTrak CAV toll tag is only issued to and can only be used by eligible clean air vehicles. This special toll tag communicates to roadside toll equipment that the car is eligible for discounted travel in Bay Area Express Lanes. The toll tag can also be used at all other facilities displaying the FasTrak logo, including toll bridges.
The FasTrak CAV toll tag may be ordered online and a valid DMV-issued clean air decal certificate is required. A FasTrak CAV toll tag may only be used in the car to which it is registered.
