How can I contact FasTrak Customer Service?

The FasTrak Customer Service Center is available during regular hours of operation. Customer service representatives can assist you with opening new accounts, making updates to existing accounts, processing payments and resolving issues with tolls charged in error. 

To get help over the phone, please call 877-BAY-TOLL (877-229-8655) and follow the prompts. You can also email the Customer Service Center using the online contact form on the FasTrak website.
